SECONDARY TOOLING
Secondary Tooling (Silicone Rubber Tooling) is used for producing 10-50 pieces of a single part.  This method is one of the quickest and most cost-effective for replicating your prototype master.

You may select from a range of urethane materials with properties that simulate the thermoplastic materials often used in production.  This process produces small and large parts with excellent part detail.

Heat resistant materials are available for automotive underhood components.
